\nParticipants will become acquainted with basic techniques using computerized feedback of physiological responses to alleviate medical symptoms and achieve peak performance. We will review EMG muscle activity feedback, Galvanic Skin Response as an indicator of nervous system activity, Peripheral Temperature, and Brainwave Biofeedback, also known as neurofeedback.
